Through his corporate advisory business, Asia Pac Consulting, he has provided advisory services in relation to an extensive range of start-ups, mergers, acquisitions and fund-raising transactions carried out by technology companies in the Asia Pacific region. In recent years he and his team have been advisors for more than thirty major fund raising and merger/acquisitions transactions for technology companies in more than ten countries. Mr. Bennetts is also a Director of number of public and private companies including McMillan Shakespeare Ltd and Cellestis Limited. Previously he worked as a solicitor in both private and corporate practice.
