Established
in 1997, M-Group has to date made in excess of 40 investments in Australian
and US companies, These have included a number of co-investments with leading
Venture capital funds and investment Banks.
The Group has also been engaged to provide technology assessments and to
participate in commercial and technical due diligence for leading venture
capital funds.

Shakespeare Ltd - Australia's
leading supplier of salary packaging services - An M-Group affiliate
coordinated the Leveraged Management Buy-Out of the company from Zurich
Australia Ltd, provided venture capital and managed the company’s IPO

SciVentures Pty Ltd – M-Group is the majority and
cornerstone private investor in this fund which was awarded one of four AusIndustry Pre-Seed Fund licenses by the Federal
Government. M-Group's co-investors include CSIRO and nine Australian Universities

Cellestis Ltd - Developer of medical
diagnostic technology with initial products to diagnose latent TB. An M-Group
affiliate was a key partner in the establishment of Cellestis
in 2000, has provided venture capital and managed the companies IPO on the ASX.
Since inception Cellestis has achieved widespread
international regulatory approvals for its products and has established a
dynamic and successful team of sales professionals in 7 countries. Cellestis’ listing on the ASX was the most

Pharmaxis Ltd - developer of
treatments and diagnostic products for auto-immune diseases including cystic
fibrosis, MS and asthma – M-Group invested $2.5 million in this company

for the humanization and optimization of human antibodies. M-Group provided
mezzanine financing to Evogenix prior to its listing

world-leading anti-body therapeutic technology for cancer treatment. It
has a deep pipeline of product candidates which are being advanced in the
company's facilities in Europe and the United States. M-Group has

Aqua Diagnostic’s mission

technologies. Aqua Diagnostic is commercializing a range of products based on

continues to provide commercial assistance in Australia

Cohda Wireless Pty Ltd – Cohda Wireless
have patented technology which allows standards-based WiFi
networks to operate reliably when a user is moving at high speed. This is particularly attractive to
Emergency Services who wish to have high-bandwidth data and command/control
interactions with moving vehicles and also to the Automobile manufacturers who are
trialing driver-assist systems.

DDNi inc – The battle for screen real estate on a
new PC is just starting. DDNi provides PC manufacturers
with an eCommerce system that appears on the PC screen at first boot. It
allows the PC user to select/acquire the software they wish to use without
being swayed by a standard screen from Microsoft. DDNi
OEM’s their Oasis software to Lenovo and is ramping
revenues rapidly.

Inlink Pty
Ltd – M-Group has provided two rounds of
investment as well as strategic support to Inlink. The company has patented technology applied
to the placement of video advertising in the lifts of high-rise office
buildings. Currently the company has
provided equipment, and places advertisements in 1000 lifts in prestige
